We have grown sustainably, year after year, always focusing on innovation, proximity, sustainability, and safety. Always faithful to the same values, we have adopted our Code of Ethics and Conduct as a guide for decision-making.
Anti-corruption policy
Through our anti-corruption policy, we implement the principles of action and duties set out in the Code of Conduct in terms of honesty and integrity.
Everyone who works with us must follow the rules of conduct defined with the aim of preventing illegal behavior.
Reporting channel
The Paulo Duarte Group’s reporting channel is the means by which any violations of the code of conduct, internal rules, and current legislation can be reported, complaints about facts that damage the Group’s image and operations can be submitted, and questions about the content and its application can be clarified, in accordance with the definition of Law 93/2021.
How does it work?

The whistleblower makes their report on the reporting channel, identifying themselves or choosing to remain anonymous.
2.
The Compliance Committee analyzes and coordinates investigations into the information presented as fact, in addition to responding to any questions raised.
3.
The Committee will make a decision and establish the necessary corrective actions for the case. For security and confidentiality reasons, the conclusion of the investigation is communicated only to whistleblowers who identify themselves.
To interact with the Paulo Duarte Group reporting channel, it is important to have the following information beforehand:
- Where, how, and when did the incident occur?
- Who are the alleged parties involved and responsible?
- What are the apparent reasons?
Who is the reporting channel intended for?
All employees, direct or indirect, customers, suppliers, and partners who wish to communicate in good faith, with responsibility and ethical commitment. We emphasize that making false accusations or providing incorrect and untrue information also constitutes a violation of the code of ethics.
