The Paulo Duarte Group is strengthening its management structure with the addition of F\u00e1bio Santos, as it enters a phase of consolidating its growth and expanding its operations in Portugal and Spain.<\/p>\n
With 80 years of history and a consolidated revenue forecast of nearly 240 million euros in 2026\u2014announced in August\u2014the Group has been expanding its scale and expertise to keep pace with the growing complexity of operations in the transportation and logistics sector.<\/p>\n
In this context, F\u00e1bio Santos is responsible for consolidating growth, coordinating the various areas of activity, and advancing management and operational models, with a particular focus on organizational and operational efficiency.<\/p>\n
With a career in the transportation sector, F\u00e1bio Santos led Sonae\u2019s transportation division until 2025, gaining experience in operations management within the retail industry.
